I’m unskilled in these matters, but love 911s. Which gen is this? it looks good, and maybe lowered just a bit?

Definitely lowered. Its a 964 putting it at between 1989 and 1994.

So low. Most likely a 964 Carrera RS. However, not the Touring one but the N/GT (because of the rollcage), created for a sort of revived Group 3 proposal (“stock” GT cars) that ultimately did not make it.
The other possibility would be a “964 Cup” version, which is even lower but that would not be road legal.

Interesting: it seems to have no sunvisors at all (difficult to say)... but a
clock?
I have no idea about the Cup or N/GT 964s but the ‘73 RS

(option M471) had no clock and just the driver’s side sunvisor. No glovebox lid either.
